The Exmouth Bike Park was opened yesterday, with interested spectators on the sidelines and more than 80 riders of all ages testing the facility. The Cape Range Riders, the local mountain bike club, assisted the excited children with their first runs on the course.
The Exmouth Bike Park ticks all the boxes for an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle. We are excited to finally open this great facility, which Woodside and Mitsui E&P Australia proudly sponsored. The Exmouth Bike Park will enable riders of all ages and skill levels to enhance their capabilities and enjoy a thrilling outdoor activity.

Exmouth Bike Park Opening
We are extremely pleased to have funded this fantastic new Bike Park for the Exmouth community, which locals and tourists alike will be able to enjoy. The bike track will form part of a pump, jump and skills facility under the Ningaloo Trails Master Plan, supporting tourism and enhancing the quality of life in the Shire, including health and wellbeing.
Vice President Pluto, FPSOS and Wheatstone Mike Price
The Cape Range Riders appreciate the long-standing support of the Shire of Exmouth, Woodside and Mitsui & EP Australia to develop the Exmouth Bike Park. We look forward to working with the Shire of Exmouth to further develop the facility and trails within the Range to cater to the many cyclists who are either living in Exmouth or visiting regularly.

Especially in remote regional towns, recreational sporting activities are the main benefactor to the mental health and well-being of the community. Living in small remote locations sometimes means residents miss out on what children in the city and regional centre take for granted, so we are naturally excited to have such a wonderful facility available to our residents and visitors.
